The bank is recruiting a Credit Analytics Manager who will support the analytical and reporting needs of the Credit Risk organization
.

Support the design and development of Credit Risk's next-generation data infrastructure and reporting.

Develop framework and architecture of Credit data and reports to allow for high-quality, streamlined, and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Work with IT and senior leadership to assess and meet data requirements to allow for meaningful real-time data to be readily available.

Create and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and other reporting solutions to proactively identify portfolio insights for the Chief Credit Officer and other Senior leaders.

Be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, including automation to increase the efficiency of the Credit Reporting and Analytics team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Masters (preferred)

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics (financial services background is a plus)
• Experience building and maintaining reports using at least one of the following data visualization platforms:
  Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, certifications a plus.
• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL and manipulating large data sets in a relational database, preferably using at least one of the following RDBMSs:
  Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, certifications a plus.
• Experience in database management, data warehousing, and a solid understanding of data modeling and database structures.
• Experience using VBA, Python, SAS, or other programming languages to automate data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.

• Advance department efficiency and effectiveness through supporting process automation projects and data solutions.
• Become subject matter expert of enterprise data sources and platforms used by the Credit organization and partner departments, to enable data users and analysts to effectively utilize Credit data for reporting purposes.
• Develop compelling, action-oriented, and user-friendly dashboards, tools, and presentations, including ad-hoc reporting, for Executive Management and Quarterly Earnings materials.
• Drive adoption and engagement of the Qlik user base by providing training and ensuring tool and report functionalities are being maximized.
• Drive continuous improvement of Credit data repositories, tools, and processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.
• Enhance legacy, Microsoft Excel-based reporting and tools through VBA implementation and other automation tools.
• Improve and drive data quality strategy by ensuring best practices for data repositories and solutions used by LOBs and key partners, including Credit, Commercial, Consumer, and Finance.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements and serve as an executor on designing and building high-quality data solutions.
• Support development and maintenance of Credit data repositories, including data modeling, creating views, and writing complex SQL queries for data consumption.
• Use complex SQL and advanced Qlik Sense scripting to extract, transform, and simplify large data sets and deliver meaningful insights and metrics to business leaders to drive strategic decision-making.
