As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee three tax offices, providing leadership, developing teams, and driving business growth. Prior tax experience is not required. You will start part-time in the fall and transition to full-time during tax season, with in-person work required.
Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries. You will manage staffing, operations, partner with the District General Manager, assist in recruiting, conduct performance reviews, and lead team meetings. You will also create work schedules, travel between offices, and prepare tax returns if qualified.
Key skills include people management, growth execution, decision-making, communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a relevant degree or experience. Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course is required for tax preparation duties.
