Production Manager
ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing, in Southington, CT. This role plans, leads and directs production activities for subassemblies, finished product, and rework to meet schedules, quality standards and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
The candidate will hire, train and develop staff, supervise the production team, coordinate changeovers, and resolve issues affecting the schedule, safety and performance. Travel is limited and the environment is fast-paced.
