Shift DetailPer diem LPN varying hours depending on time off and vacations. Will include some weekends including one weekend per month.
Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and within the context of the Nursing Professional Practice Framework, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for residents. Collaborates with members of the health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care.
Qualifications- Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
- Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
