As our Bookkeeper, you’ll oversee critical financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, budgeting, and tenant ledger management for our diverse portfolio. Collaborate with our high-performing team to drive strategic investment initiatives and streamline operations in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Maintain accurate financial reporting and general ledger management for multifamily properties and storage facilities, and residential redevelopment “flip” properties.
• Drive budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and development cost tracking to support strategic real estate investments.
• Work with the Operations Coordinator and administrative assistants to manage tenant ledgers, streamline rent collections, and optimize portfolio operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all financial records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows and efficiency.

• Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in real estate investing, property management, or financial services.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and development budgeting.
• Experience with development, multifamily properties or self-storage assets is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in accounting and management software (e.g., Quick Books, Yardi, , Buildium) and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of property management software is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
