Location:

81 Meriden Ave, Bradley Memoria (10003).
Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday. On‑call every 3rd week.

• Perform general preventive maintenance and repair of various areas around the facility.
• Complete work orders, document appropriate information on completed work and/or document the status of equipment to maintain regulatory records.
• Utilize materials (wood, metal, concrete, plastics, composites) to fit and install glass windows, pictures, ceiling tiles, perimeter rail systems, wood trim and moldings, medical hardware stations, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations and other projects.
• Perform general outside maintenance (mowing lawns, weeding, raking leaves, trimming bushes, snow removal and ice control tasks such as shoveling & salting).
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and replacements of faucets, toilets and flush valves.
• Apply decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, and other structures—including scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, removing/replacing outlet and switch covers, masking, and applying paint or wall covering to surfaces based on manufacturing specifications.

• 1 year of general building maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Attentive to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to operate woodworking equipment, machinery and hand tools.
