Anytime Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. While direct fitness industry experience is not required, exceptional interpersonal skills and a self‑motivated can‑do work ethic are essential. As the Fitness Club Director, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with new and existing members within the facility.

• Earning potential of $40,000-$65,000 per year

• Acquire new members through direct 1‑1 sales pitches, outbound marketing, and community outreach
• Oversee the entire club membership base, including operational and financial responsibilities, back‑end reporting, and member satisfaction
• Manage, train, and motivate club personnel while guiding them towards achieving overall club goals
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Ensure smooth facility management to provide an exceptional member experience

• Several years of leadership experience in either the service or retail sector, demonstrating a track record of success
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer‑centric approach to conducting business
• Previous sales skills are advantageous, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset for building a successful business
• Passion for the health and wellness industry
