** Job Summary
** Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support for Youth and Youth Conference.
** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Responsible for day-to-day activities that meet the needs of the organization's target population and that are in alignment with the organization's stated mission.
* Handles all external communication with attendees regarding Youth Con.
* Manages internal communication with departments relating to Youth and Conference.
* Assists with all email and phone communication with registrants, trouble shooting needs and providing assistance for them.
* Provides weekly administrative support for Youth Services when needed.
** Qualifications
* ** Performs work under direct supervision.
* Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
* Possesses ability to work independently and proactively.
* Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Basic level abilities in typical administrative skills.
