This is NOT a clock-in, clock-out warehouse job. This is for someone who wants responsibility, opportunity, and a clear path upward as we scale.
What This Role Is All AboutYou’ll be at the core of our operations — supporting inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, QC, e-commerce updates, product photography, and assisting both management and sales. You’ll wear multiple hats, think proactively, and bring ideas that help us run faster, cleaner, and better.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and organize products with speed and precision
- Check expiration dates, lot numbers, and product condition every time
- Handle quality control and labeling with zero mistakes
- Pick, pack, and ship orders quickly and accurately
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Run inventory counts and cycle counts
- Use inventory management and shipping/receiving software confidently
- Take product photos and maintain clean, accurate website listings
- Support the sales team with product insights and content
- Assist the management team with operational tasks and special projects
- Bring new ideas, new marketing angles, and new ways to improve processes
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Jump into whatever the day requires — this role rewards versatility and initiative

What You MUST Bring- Experience using inventory management software
- Comfort with shipping/receiving platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, Ship Station, etc.)
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Strong tech skills — computers, labels, scanners, file uploads, website edits
- Ability to work fast, stay accurate, and handle multiple tasks
- A self-starter mindset — we want someone who doesn’t wait to be told
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Hunger to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility
- Experience in medical/surgical supplies
- Experience with hospitals or surgery center materials management
- Sales or marketing experience
- Website management or photography background
- Any experience building something from the ground up
- Starts part-time (15–25 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday
- Strong potential for full-time based on performance and our continued growth
