At Retire Simply™, our mission is to make retirement planning simple and stress-free for families across DFW. We’re a Southlake-based firm with a clear planning framework (“SIMPLY”) and a team built around education, strategy, and long-term trust.
We’re hiring a Sales Service Advisor — someone who can confidently step into an existing book, deliver proactive planning, and strengthen client loyalty (without living on the hamster wheel of nonstop new sales).
Compensation: $80,000 Base + Performance Incentives
What you’ll do- Manage and deepen an existing book of business with a high-touch, proactive service cadence
- Run client review meetings and help households stay aligned with their retirement strategy year after year (“Yearly Visit” is part of our process)
- Refine plans as life changes
: income needs, tax strategy, risk posture, beneficiary/legacy considerations, healthcare/Medicare questions, etc. - Identify planning gaps and opportunities and coordinate next steps with the advisory team
- Partner with ops/client service to ensure smooth execution, fast follow-up, and an exceptional client experience
- Protect retention by being the advisor clients trust, call first, and refer to friends
- Client-first, relationship-driven: you’ll focus on service, strategy, and follow-through — not cold calls.
- A real planning framework: “SIMPLY” helps guide yearly reviews and keeps conversations organized around what retirees care about most (income, taxes, legacy, Medicare planning, protection).
- Visibility + credibility: Retire Simply has a strong presence in the DFW market, with media and education components that support trust-building.
- Leadership runway: this role has room to grow into a lead seat as the team scales.
- Licensed + experienced: you have financial licensing and real experience servicing and advising clients
- Client-relationship strength: you’re calm, confident, and people feel taken care of after talking to you
