- Workforce Planning:
Analyze training demands to forecast needs and determine optimal staffing levels. - Recruitment & Hiring:
Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and streamline onboarding for new trainers and support staff. - Team Structure & Organization:
Define a clear organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines for the national training team.
- Develop and implement effective training programs using best practices in instructional design.
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to align training content with business objectives.
- Utilize e-learning, instructor‑led training, blended learning, and microlearning methodologies.
- Design engaging training materials using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Produce high‑quality video content, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (animations, infographics, interactive content) to enhance learning.
- Integrate gamification strategies to increase engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on learning technology trends and recommend new approaches to improve effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions, both in‑person and virtually, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
- Evaluate training impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and adjust programs as necessary.
- Manage multiple training projects, ensuring timely, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with departments to identify needs and customize programs for specific requirements.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to deliver training, attend conferences, and support initiatives.
