Remote National Training Manager, based at the Client Support Center in Southlake, TX 76092. Regular full‑time position.

Overview

Lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging training programs. The role requires expertise in instructional design, graphic and video production, and gamification to maximize learner impact. A key focus is advancing training across the organization, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring high learner engagement. Leadership responsibilities include achieving organizational training objectives. Up to 25% travel is required.

Leadership
  • Workforce Planning:
    Analyze training demands to forecast needs and determine optimal staffing levels.
  • Recruitment & Hiring:
    Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and streamline onboarding for new trainers and support staff.
  • Team Structure & Organization:
    Define a clear organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines for the national training team.
Instructional Design
  • Develop and implement effective training programs using best practices in instructional design.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to align training content with business objectives.
  • Utilize e-learning, instructor‑led training, blended learning, and microlearning methodologies.
Content Creation
  • Design engaging training materials using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Produce high‑quality video content, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements (animations, infographics, interactive content) to enhance learning.
Gamification And Innovation
  • Integrate gamification strategies to increase engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated on learning technology trends and recommend new approaches to improve effectiveness.
Training Delivery And Facilitation
  • Facilitate training sessions, both in‑person and virtually, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
  • Evaluate training impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and adjust programs as necessary.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple training projects, ensuring timely, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify needs and customize programs for specific requirements.
Travel
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to deliver training, attend conferences, and support initiatives.
