Overview

Aesthetician role based in Southlake, TX. Part Time. Compensation:
This role is a fully based commission role, with a $30 per hour guaranteed rate.

• Must be available to work weekends, with 2 weekdays (Mon-Fri) available.
• Must be available to work a Monday or a Friday, as well as one additional weekday. Monday and Friday are highly preferred.
• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website, subject to change). You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but have the ability to flex to 2 and occasional a 3rd shift as needed. You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
• Sunday may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours.

The Skin Laundry Aesthetician provides innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care. The ideal candidate will have selling and consulting skills and a track record in a sales- and KPI-driven environment. Reliability, high attention to detail, and an outgoing, confident sales approach are valued. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zenoti) is a plus.

• Creating curated client experiences by customizing no-downtime laser facials and skincare routines based on guest needs.
• Support clinic operations by improving efficiency and accuracy across processes; assist with orientation, training, coaching, and development of staff; ensure adequate staffing for timely patient visits.
• Maintain strong communication, multitasking ability, and comfort with computer/store systems; establish and maintain client retention processes.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to provide a people-oriented, inclusive workplace and support team goals.
• Partner with the team to meet personal and clinic goals; contribute to a positive Skin Laundry culture.

• Customer service is a priority with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current State Advanced Esthetician License
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, team-oriented, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services
• Polished, natural, professional demeanor; outgoing yet calming
• Intuitive to customer needs and able to uphold Skin Laundry standards
• Attention to detail in following medical standards and protocol; prioritize client safety and customer service; able to make clinical decisions and know when to ask for assistance

• Current State Esthetician License
• Certification in laser devices (e.g., LSO, laser hair removal)
