Job Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition and HR operations, ensuring a smooth candidate and onboarding experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for a new graduate or someone early in their HR/recruiting career. You will work onsite in the Southlake HQ and partner closely with the VP of HR.

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 + Bonus + Fully Paid Employee Health Insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate logistics, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with pre‑employment and onboarding documents.
  • Post jobs, track applicants, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and HR processes.
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow.
Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Communications, or related field).
  • Up to 1 year of experience (internship, recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or related admin role).
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.

Preferred:

  • Experience using ATS or HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
