Scrum Master

• Must be a Certified Scrum Master with hands‑on Scrum Master experience
• Must have hands‑on Kanban experience
• Execute on Scrum Master responsibilities that include organizing and facilitating meetings (daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, etc.)
• Interface with product owner and key stakeholders (Project Management, Business, QA, etc.) to ensure high‑quality delivery of software projects on time and budget
• Influence team members to leverage, follow and support agile software development practices
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress and maintain process documentation
• Provide accurate and succinct updates and escalations (with business impacts)
• Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining Scrum Boards including feature breakdown to Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Subtasks
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, procedures and software development lifecycle
• Experience working with an agile methodology on large‑scale, technically complex projects
• Must have exceptional communication, organization and time‑management skills
• Must be collaborative in driving decisions and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, written and verbal

Experience:

5-8 Years.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
