Sr Team Manager, Infrastructure and SRE Platform Operations

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Team Manager focused on Infrastructure and SRE Platform Operations. This leadership role involves defining the long-term technical vision, managing teams, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure and platform services.

Responsibilities:

• Set team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and foster team growth.
• Manage team resources and staffing.
• Develop and oversee the technical vision and roadmap for infrastructure and platform services.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in software engineering, with experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of VMs, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, PCF), infrastructure as code, and performance testing tools.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Additional Details:

• Salary range: $141,000 – $179,000/year.
