• Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products.
• Ensure quality control of all product before sending to the sales floor.
• Maintain sanitation in the department.
• Maintain organization of back storage, freezer, walk‑in, and production area.
• Read and execute daily production list.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as weights, discounts, percentages and volumes.
• Provide customer service such as answering questions and taking orders on the phone.
• Assist in monitoring the quality of goods and monitor shrink.
• Order and receive products and supplies.
• Maintain transfer records.
• Prep, wrap, price, sell, and stock products continuously.
• Demo or prepare customer samples for self‑serve.
• Provide superlative customer service.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.

• Experience with commercial production preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum 50 lbs) and bend, reach, push, pull.
• Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Inform customers about ingredients.
• Value diversity.
• Requires 2‑5 years of related experience.
