Job Description

The Retail Store Inventory Lead is an essential member of the store leadership team. You take initiative, assess inventory needs, communicate with your team, and adapt to the daily business flow. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you lead the store’s inventory program and manage all inventory‑related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Create a dynamic experience for the back of house.
  • Forge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Ensure the back room is tidy, easy to navigate, and organized.
  • Handle daily destock and restock operations.
  • Attend monthly inventory meetings.
  • Manage weekly cycle counts.
  • Manage store‑to‑store transfers and weekly manual restocks to keep the floor fully stocked.
  • Ensure all shipments are received and processed in a timely manner, following up with store managers if needed.
  • Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.

  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

The hourly range for this role is $17hr - $19hr
, plus team pooled commission.
