With rapid growth, we are selecting a few to join our Results Family to mentor others and teach leading skills and knowledge in the roofing and construction sales industry.

• One on one coaching with an assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
• Multiple team-building destination trips to grow as a team and individually.
• In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
• Social media coaching and guidance.
• Relationship cultivation with top industry leaders in the area.

• No sales experience necessary; willing to train
• Coachable and unwilling to settle for mediocrity
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and task oriented
• Honest with a high level of integrity
• Problem solver, not a problem starter
• Personable and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Team player with tremendous work ethic
