Lead Java Developer-(Backend

Position Title: Java Backend Lead Developer

Location: Southlake, TX (3 days a week, Day one onsite)

Duration: Full Time-FTE

Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka.

Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch

• Candidate should be a hands‑on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ years of IT experience.
• Should be doing hands‑on coding in current projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
• Good communication.
• 100% written confirmation on working from the client office, no remote working (not negotiable).
• Should have experience of 7 years and hands‑on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka. Should have hands‑on experience in current projects.
• Should have hands‑on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Should have strong and hardcore backend project development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, Spring Boot, and any messaging tool.
• MOST IMPORTANT:
  Team lead experience managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the U.S. location (at least 2 years).
