We are now seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the team at Southport
.

• Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
• Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
• Assist with stock checking and order processing
• Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
• Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
• Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service

• Genuine parts interpreting experience
• Current manual drivers license
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Pentana background in inventory control preferred
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Previous supervisory experience and team leadership is preferred, however not essential
