About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
Work with small groups or individual pupils to aid learning
Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Assist with classroom preparation and general school duties

About You

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

Have experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)
Are patient, supportive, and enthusiastic
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Are flexible, reliable, and proactive
Are committed to supporting inclusive education
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
