Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex care needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently during night shifts.
