Essential Requirements

Previous Community Nursing experience
Valid NMC Registration
Full UK Driving Licence
Business Insurance
Ability to work independently within the community setting
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Availability to work Monday to Friday

The Role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients within their own homes and community settings. The successful candidate will be confident undertaking community visits, managing caseloads, and working autonomously while maintaining excellent standards of patient care.
