Pay & HoursOur Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the advertised availability window and you will receive a three‑week notice of your exact shifts. We support flexibility and welcome applicants whose available times are close to, but not exactly, the advertised times.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver a great shopping trip for customers each day, following opening and closing routines, ensuring all facilities are in good working order, listening for and acting on customer feedback.
- Create a positive impression, role‑model great standards of dress, and be ready to serve customers.
- Follow the service culture, role‑model helpful and friendly behaviours, and demonstrate enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
- Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance and demonstrating due diligence on your department.
- Support your manager to control costs and deliver budgets, maintain stock‑record accuracy, and be prepared for stock‑control routines.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- The drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
