Looking for a permanent nursing role offering £21.00 £ 22.00 per hour, PAID BREAKS and a choice of DAYS or NIGHTS? We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) for an established nursing home in the Southwell, Nottinghamshire area .

Immediate interviews and start dates are available. You will be joining a large nursing and residential care service supporting up to 82 residents , providing a varied clinical environment where your nursing-home experience will be genuinely valued. The service supports older people and younger adults and provides:
General nursing care Dementia nursing and residential care Mild and moderate dementia care Parkinsons care Stroke care Palliative and end-of-life care Respite and permanent care As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of the clinical and care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised care. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating person-centred care Medication administration and medicines management Care planning and clinical reviews Completing and reviewing risk assessments Dementia and complex care Wound care, skin integrity and pressure-area management Recognising deterioration and escalating clinical concerns Palliative and end-of-life nursing care Safeguarding vulnerable adults Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation Providing effective clinical handovers Liaising with GPs, families and multidisciplinary professionals Providing clinical guidance and support to care colleagues Maintaining residents dignity, independence and choice Working in accordance with NMC, CQC and company standards This position would suit an experienced nursing-home RGN or RMN who wants a permanent position with competitive hourly pay and paid breaks , while continuing to deliver hands-on clinical care.
