Part Time Night Family Support Worker

We are looking for a Part‑Time Family Support Worker for a 7‑bedroom Residential Family Assessment Centre in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire
. The role requires commitment and dedication to providing high‑quality support to families and staff in line with OFSTED regulations and excellent safeguarding standards.

As a Night Family Support Worker you will work within a multi‑disciplinary team to provide support to parent & child placements in a residential setting. This highly trusted role requires sensitivity and excellent safeguarding awareness to monitor the safety of families and CCTV throughout the night.

• At least 2 years experience working in a Children’s Residential, Early Years or Children’s Social Care setting.
• Level 3 – Health & Social Care (Child/Young People or Parent & Child).
• Good knowledge and experience of safeguarding and working with complex families.
• Ability to communicate effectively in complex or challenging situations with families.

Preferable skills and knowledge: Experience of partnership working with families and external agencies, preferably in a safeguarding or looked‑after children’s team.
