Location: Ripponden
JLA Limited, based in Ripponden, is seeking a Customer Success Support representative to help reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. You will work with the Customer Success team and other JLA functions to own complex termination processes and ensure a smooth customer journey.
You will handle large workloads, maintain high standards, and liaise with customers, colleagues and third-party stakeholders.
