Compass Community is seeking a dedicated School Operations Officer to ensure the smooth running of our non-teaching operations. You’ll sit between office staff and senior leadership to support staff, pupils and families.
This role requires strong organisation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a child-centred, confidential approach. You’ll manage pupil records, attendance, HR administration, and coordinate health and safety checks and events.
