Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Bring your creativity to a role that makes a difference! Are you passionate about social media, content creation and digital marketing? Do you love coming up with fresh ideas and creating content that connects with people? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing organisation working to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and digitally confident apprentice to help bring our brand, values and stories to life across multiple marketing channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands that great marketing is about more than likes and views, it's about telling meaningful stories, showing the human side of an organisation and building genuine connections with an audience.

What will you be doing? Social media:
Creating engaging content for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and Linked In. Content creation:
Developing videos, graphics, photography and creative campaigns that showcase the organisation's work and values. Email marketing:
Supporting the creation and delivery of email campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications. Copywriting:
Writing engaging captions, website content, blogs and marketing materials that bring stories to life. Website management:
Helping maintain website content and ensure information is engaging, accurate and up to date. Campaign support:
Assisting with the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Analytics and reporting:
Monitoring engagement, reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve. Creative research:
Keeping up with social media trends, new platforms and digital marketing ideas. Team collaboration:
Working with colleagues to gather ideas, capture stories and create authentic content that reflects the organisation's purpose. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is:
Creative, curious and full of ideas. Confident using social media and familiar with current trends. Able to bring personality and the human element to the content they create. A good communicator with strong writing skills. Organised, proactive and keen to learn. Comfortable sharing ideas and working collaboratively. Interested in how digital marketing can tell stories and make a positive impact.

Previous social media or content creation experience is highly desirable. This could include creating content for your own social media accounts, helping a business or organisation with its online presence, or building a portfolio of creative work. You don't need to be an expert already. We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, initiative and the potential to grow into a talented multi-channel marketer.
