Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims processing for their dealership in Soweto . This role is crucial for ensuring the financial recovery from manufacturers for repairs performed under warranty. You will be responsible for accurately submitting claims, tracking their status, and resolving any discrepancies. • Prepare, submit, and follow up on warranty claims to manufacturers.
• Ensure all claims comply with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Review repair orders to verify warranty eligibility and parts used.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted claims, approvals, and rejections.
• Process warranty parts returns and liaise with parts department on stock requirements.
• Resolve claim discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and warranty claim software.
• Good communication skills for liaising with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers.
