Senior Management Consultant - Change Management

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their team in Soweto . This role is critical for guiding organizations through significant transitions, ensuring the successful adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies. You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, foster employee buy-in, and mitigate resistance.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in human behavior, organizational dynamics, and communication strategies, contributing to impactful client transformations within the Gauteng province.

• Develop and implement robust change management strategies and communication plans.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and barriers.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support and facilitate buy-in for initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new ways of working.
• Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide ongoing support and adjustments.

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience in Soweto .
