Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a diligent Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join their team in Soweto . This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting manufacturing data to drive operational improvements and inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to identify trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement data-driven improvement strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed process changes and evaluate their potential impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or manufacturing support.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and potentially BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
