• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, electricians) as directed.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
• Prepare construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up barriers.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site foremen diligently.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Previous experience in a construction or general labor role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
