About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Construction Site Supervisor to provide remote oversight and guidance for construction projects across various locations. While the role is remote, it requires frequent virtual engagement with on-site teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards are met. You will leverage technology to monitor site activities, address challenges, and provide solutions without being physically present daily.
The ideal candidate is an expert in construction supervision, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at using digital tools for remote project management and reporting. This position offers significant flexibility for experienced construction professionals.
- Provide remote supervision and guidance to on-site construction teams and foremen.
- Monitor project progress through virtual check-ins, site reports, and photographic/video documentation.
