Project Manager - Construction

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager specializing in construction to manage projects in the Soweto area. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with site teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. • Manage the planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely progress and coordination of all activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality assurance standards on all sites.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance, managing contracts and resolving any disputes.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
