• Lead the architectural design process for large-scale commercial projects, including offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop innovative and contextually appropriate design concepts and solutions.
• Manage project teams, overseeing design development, documentation, and site supervision.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, promoting professional growth.
• Conduct design reviews and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative construction technologies.

• Professional registration as an Architect (e.g., PrArch) with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience, with a significant focus on leading commercial architectural projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial developments.
• Expert proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies in South Africa.
