About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Development Facilitator to join their community-focused center in Soweto . This role is dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young children through engaging and educational activities. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, fostering children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical well-being. • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and participation.
• Promote positive social skills and emotional regulation among the children.

• Qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early learning.
