Early Childhood Development; ECD) Facilitator

Our client is looking for a nurturing and qualified Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator to join their preschool program in Soweto . This role is dedicated to providing a stimulating and safe environment for young children, focusing on their holistic development – cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. The ideal candidate will implement age-appropriate learning activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and a positive attitude towards learning, playing a crucial role in the foundational years of a child's educational journey within a supportive community setting.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for young children (ages 3-5).
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment that encourages exploration and play.
• Observe and document children's progress, focusing on key developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and learning experiences.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the ECD center.

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field.
• Experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
