• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative mechanical solutions for new product development.
• Build and test prototypes, iterating on designs based on performance feedback and experimental data.
• Conduct research into new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes relevant to R&D goals.
• Perform engineering analysis (FEA, CFD) to support concept validation and design optimization.
• Document research findings, design specifications, and test results thoroughly.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to advance R&D projects from concept to feasibility.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or R&D.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Fusion 360) and basic simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Experience with prototyping and experimental testing is highly desirable.
