Mechanical Engineer - R&D Specialist

• Conduct research and feasibility studies for new mechanical technologies and product concepts.
• Design, build, and test prototypes of new mechanical systems and components using 3D modeling and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Perform advanced engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of new designs.
• Document research findings, design processes, and test results meticulously for intellectual property protection and future reference.
• Collaborate with other R&D engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams to transition new designs into production.

• Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on R&D.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in mechanical design and product development, with a portfolio of innovative projects.
• Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software (e.g., Fusion 360, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Proficiency with 3D printing and rapid prototyping technologies.
• Strong understanding of materials science, mechatronics, and experimental design.
