You will be responsible for scouting potential talent across various disciplines, assessing their potential, and facilitating their introduction to our client's networks and opportunities.

• Actively scout for new and emerging talent across theatre, music, dance, and other performing arts disciplines.
• Attend performances, auditions, and industry events to identify promising artists.
• Evaluate the skills, potential, and suitability of candidates for various projects and opportunities.
• Network with industry professionals, agents, and educational institutions to source talent.
• Provide initial assessments and recommendations for potential talent to the recruitment and development teams.

• Demonstrable experience in talent scouting, artist management, or a related role within the Arts & Entertainment sector.
• A keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of various performing arts disciplines.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships within the industry.
• Excellent observational and assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of the local Soweto and broader South African arts scene is advantageous.
