About the Role

As the first point of contact for many customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling a variety of routine financial transactions, and assisting customers with their banking needs. • Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and money orders.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, provide information on banking products, and resolve basic customer issues.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs identified during interactions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional banking experience.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a certificate in finance is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in a retail or financial environment.
• Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software is beneficial.
