Senior Finance Manager CA; SA Healthcare

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives and investments.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights to improve profitability and business performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to influence key commercial and operational decisions.

• Lead the full finance function, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage management accounts and executive reporting packs.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and financial regulations.
• Oversee the implementation and application of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
  .
• Lead annual audits, tax compliance, VAT submissions, and statutory reporting.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and financial risk.
• Drive process optimisation, digitisation, and financial control improvements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Support operational teams through financial analysis and performance management.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen financial governance and internal control environments.
• Foster strong relationships across all levels of the business.

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (essential)
• Postgraduate finance qualification advantageous

• 8+ years' experience in senior financial leadership roles
• Proven experience managing a full finance function within a medium to large organisation
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
• Hands-on experience with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management experience
• Track record of managing audits, tax, and regulatory compliance
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical services, or related industry exposure advantageous

• Advanced financial reporting and analysis
• Strong IFRS and South African tax knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP systems experience
• Process improvement and controls expertise
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
