About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Management Consultant specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to join their team serving clients in the Soweto area and greater Gauteng. This role focuses on assisting organizations in selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions to streamline their core business processes. You will be a key advisor in guiding clients through the complexities of ERP projects, ensuring successful integration and maximizing return on investment.
This position is ideal for a consultant with a strong understanding of business operations and ERP software capabilities.
- Assist clients in the evaluation and selection of appropriate ERP software solutions.
- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, overseeing aspects such as configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on ERP system functionalities.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend how ERP systems can best support and improve them.
- Ensure effective change management throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations for ERP systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience in business process analysis and mapping related to ERP functionalities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in client communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
