- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on AI or data-driven projects.
- Understanding of AI concepts, machine learning capabilities, and their business applications.
- Proven ability to gather and document complex business and system requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
