Information Security Intern

• Assist in monitoring security systems and identifying potential security events.
• Help with the documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
• Support the team in performing basic vulnerability scans and security assessments.

• Assist with user access management and permission reviews.
• Participate in security awareness initiatives and training sessions.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and security principles.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the field of cybersecurity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions in an on-site environment in Soweto.
