. This role is crucial for maintaining and upgrading the company's telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of services for a large customer base. You will be involved in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of various telecommunications systems, including fiber optics, copper cabling, and associated network hardware. • Install, test, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic and copper cabling.
• Configure and manage network equipment such as routers, switches, and modems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and service delivery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on infrastructure components.
• Respond to service tickets and urgent repair requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work adheres to technical standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Document infrastructure changes, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless service integration.
• Provide technical support to field technicians and end-users as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical qualification or certification in telecommunications or networking is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure installation, maintenance, or support.
• Proven experience with fiber optic and copper cabling technologies and testing equipment.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and basic routing/switching.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work in various environmental conditions.
