Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the coordination of shipments and inventory at their hub in Soweto . This role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall supply chain operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and external partners to facilitate smooth logistical processes.

This hands‑on position requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational efficiency within the Gauteng logistics network.

• Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records through regular checks.
• Liaise with carriers and drivers to confirm delivery and pickup schedules.
• Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Address and resolve logistical issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment status.

• Previous experience in logistics coordination, warehousing, or a related administrative role.
• Good understanding of logistics processes and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
