Specialized Cleaning Operative - Deep Cleaning Services

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Specialized Cleaning Operative to deliver high-quality deep cleaning services for various residential and commercial properties in Soweto. This role requires proficiency in advanced cleaning techniques and the use of specialized equipment to tackle challenging cleaning tasks, ensuring environments are thoroughly sanitized and restored. You will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, contributing directly to client satisfaction and the company's reputation for effective and thorough cleaning solutions within the Gauteng province.

• Perform deep cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, carpet and upholstery shampooing, tile and grout cleaning, and post-construction cleanup.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment such as industrial steam cleaners, pressure washers, and floor buffers.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and disinfectants safely and effectively according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
• Manage cleaning schedules and work orders efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleaning operations.
• Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding job scope, progress, and completion of services.

• Proven experience as a deep cleaning operative or in a specialized cleaning role.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of specialized cleaning machinery.
• Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals and their applications for various surfaces and stains.
• Physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites in and around Soweto.
