- Perform comprehensive cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and entrances.
- Sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and high-traffic touchpoints to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste management procedures are followed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor polishers, and pressure washers.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to the facilities manager promptly.
- Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as directed.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and their safe application.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
